Dean Joseph Wagner, born August 1, 1969, in Vallejo, California, passed away on May 12, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and resilience. He was the son of Charlotte Lanelle Wagner and David Jackson Wagner and one of 14 siblings,12 brothers and one sister, including his identical twin, Darren.Dean served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Sydney, Australia, an experience he cherished throughout his life. After returning home, he moved to Ellensburg, Washington, where he married Christy Rasmussen. While married, he attended Rick's College in Rexburg, Idaho, earning an associate's degree. Together, they welcomed two beautiful daughters, Olivia and Ava, whom Dean loved deeply.Dean had a big heart and a kind soul. He was known for his love of rock music, Harley motorcycles, meaningful tattoos, and being there for others, even when he was struggling himself. He kept his faith through life's challenges and never stopped believing in God's plan.He is preceded in death by his father, David Sr., and brother Donald. He is survived by his mother Charlotte; siblings David Jr., Daniel, Dennis, Doug, Darren, Dale, Dwayne, Derick, Donavan, Dwight, Dustin, and Cynthia; and his daughters, Olivia and Ava.Dean will be remembered for his compassion, strength, and unwavering love
