Kathy Ann McClure

Kathy Ann McClure, 75, of Pocatello passed away June 3, 2026, at her home with her husband by her side after a hard-fought battle with kidney disease.

Kathy was born on January 26, 1951, in Caldwell Idaho to Delmar and Carolyn Billings. She grew up and attended school in Notus, Idaho. After high school Kathy attended the College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho where she met Steve McClure and married in 1975. Steve and Kathy moved to Pocatello soon after and would call Pocatello home for the next 50 years. During that time, they had two wonderful and always well-behaved sons, David McClure and Scott McClure. Kathy enjoyed the outdoors and would spend as much time possible camping, fishing and boating alongside family and friends.

Kathy is survived by her husband of 50 years, Steve McClure of Pocatello, ID; son, David (Jenna) McClure of Helena, MT; son, Scott (Heidi) McClure of Aurora CO; grandson, Hunter McClure of Aurora, CO; mother, Carolyn Billings of Caldwell, ID; brother, Stewart Billings of Caldwell, ID; nephew, Benjamin Billings of Caldwell, ID; four special girls mom considered family, Katie Duke Lowery, Hannah Lightfoot, Penny Lowery, Paisley Lowery of Idaho Falls, ID.

At this time the family has chosen not to have any funeral services and instead plan to have a celebration of life at a later date. Thank you to all that have reached out and supported the family during this difficult time.
